PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICY, BEFORE BOOKING A TIME-SLOT:

• Cost Inclusions:

  • This fee reflects the value of the dedicated time, effort, and transportation involved in procuring your items

• Cost Exclusions:

  • Excludes the cost of the item(s) and shipping fees/customs duty fees.

• Reservation Process:

  • Reserve the item(s) under your name at the store. This allows your Personal Shopper to start Prepping like a boss!
  • Send us a message before booking a time-slot if you're unsure.

• Definition of "Medium" Items:

  • Mobiles, Phones & Accessories
  • Electronics & Appliances
  • Camping Outdoors & Accessories
  • Small Toys & Medium Toys
  • Travel & Accessories
  • ...etc
  • Medium item(s) that does not weigh more than 20kg, which is based on volumetric weight. Volumetric weight refers to the dimensional weight of a package, calculated by its size rather than its actual weight. Items surpassing this weight limit may incur additional charges or face restrictions.

• Confirmation and Purchase:

  • We'll confirm the reserved item(s) with you before finalizing the purchase.

• Appointment Adherence:

  • Same Day Service Policy

    To ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience, please note that all bookings are considered full-day reservations rather than fixed-time appointments.

    ✅ You may select a preferred time slot, but our team manages multiple customer requests throughout the day.
    ✅ We will reach out to you via WhatsApp, Setmore messages, or email to coordinate your purchase.
    ✅ Your item will be purchased on the same day as your booking.
    ✅ Same-day service applies to purchased items only.

    Response & Cancellation Policy:
    We will attempt to contact you three times on the day of your booking. If we do not receive a response within 10 minutes of any attempt, your appointment will be automatically canceled. (Exceptions apply).

  • By Making a purchase, you've agreed to our "Terms & conditions" and "Policies".
  • Groupyard reserves the authority to cancel any booking(s) in the event of unlawful or restricted items as outlined in our shipping regulations, or if our Personal Shopper Assistant encounters harassment.
    Customers are urged to familiarize themselves with their rights under the 'CONSUMER PROTECTION POLICY'. Should it be determined that our Personal Shopper Assistant is at fault, the customer will be entitled to a full refund. However, refunds will not be issued otherwise.
  • The Personal Shopper Assistant will not tolerate any late payments during your appointment at the store.
• Service Coverage:
  • This service caters only for the GCC and nearby neighboring countries ONLY.
  • Personal Shopper Provider communicates exclusivley through WhatsApp during Gulf Standard Time (UAE).
  • The Personal Shopper service operates exclusively within the Dubai UAE Zone

• Purchase Requirements:

  • Items must be purchased from a mall or store only.
• Collection Point:
  • **Customers in Oman, that requested for ‘basic delivery’, must collect their item(s) upon their arrival at our office. You will receive an email notification prompting you to retrieve them from our designated collection point at the Groupyard Locker, conveniently located at “The View Airport, Building #203, ALMouj Street, Office 52.”
  • Once final sale of purchase has been been complete, please allow 24 hours until your item appears in your suite account, before taking any action.

• Service Details:

  • Service Fee: 6.5 OMR per order.
  • Packages are shipped using GroupYard online shipping services.
  • Once purchased, your item will be in our warehouse and updated on your account as received in our Dubai warehouse.
  • Check your GroupYard account Suite for order updates.
  • Rushed items available upon request at an additional 20% per order.
  • Returns or refunds on purchased items are subject to Stores policy and must be requested within the item’s valid timeframe. 
  • Service fees are non-refundable.
  • Prices are in AED & OMR.
  • Shopping within the Dubai area only. Exceptions for orders outside Dubai may be considered upon request.
  • If unsure about which category to purchase (Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond), kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp (*This feature is only for existing customers logged into their account) before booking an appointment.

        الالتزام بالموعد:
            برجاء الالتزام بالموعد المحدد على الواتساب؛ سيؤدي عدم القيام بذلك إلى الإلغاء دون استرداد الأموال.

        متطلبات الشراء:
            يجب شراء العناصر من مركز تجاري أو متجر فقط.

        تفاصيل الخدمة:
            رسوم الخدمة: 6.5 ريال عُماني لكل طلب.
            يتم شحن الطرود باستخدام خدمات الشحن عبر الإنترنت من GroupYard.
            بمجرد الشراء، ستكون السلعة الخاصة بك في مستودعاتنا وسيتم تحديثها في حسابك كما تم استلامها في مستودعنا في دبي.
